Move it or lose it with becca
A class for older people working to improve flexibility, aerobic capacity, balance and strength. Music, movement and a great deal of fun and time to socialise! All abilities and conditions are catered for. You can guarantee a warm welcome and lots of laughter. Sessions held in Totnes and Torquay.

Move gold
A class for over 55s using a variety of body weight and light resistance exercises in a circuit style set up. Go at your own pace and see excellent improvement in balance, coordination, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Friendly, fun and confidence boosting! Classes in Torquay and Dartington.

Half Boostfit, half Move Gold circuits and A LOT of fun for women aged 16-96. Slightly more alternatives for the fantastic Boostfit choreography for less bounce but the same amount of great music, great moves and smiles!Pressure free, judgement free!

Our classic workouts are based on aerobics and dance, dance based combat, strength work and osteopath developed stretches. Whether it is core training, kettlebell, bootcamp or strength and conditioning- these sessions held at my studio, for no more than four women, always deliver great results!
