This policy allows BTWB to offer unused spots to other members and continue to provide classes for the over 60s and women in our area. It allows me to plan for group numbers in terms of equipment as well as ensuring the inclusive programming that BTWB is proud of. I hire community venues in advance. I am a small business that wants to create, grow and establish an inclusive, supportive exercise and wellbeing community. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping this happen through adhering to this policy.
BTWB now uses Gymcatch online booking for all community classes and small groups IN TOTNES. Please follow the instructions on my booking page to register.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Booking
Booking can either be weekly- PAYG in advance or in monthly-(4 weekly) or “termly”- block of 10 weeks. The sessions will run concurrently unless pre-arranged, with the expiry dates for blocks being 4 weeks and 10 weeks from the day of purchase
Cancellations
If you cancel the session within 24 hours or if you fail to attend no refund will be offered, if cancelled within 24-48 hours 50% of the session fee will be required.
If you are running late, please let me know, I will do my best to get the most out of the session for the remaining time & may not be able to extend the time due to other client commitments. In the instance of an extenuating circumstance, it’s at my discretion if I extend the time but ultimately it won’t be extended otherwise.
Rescheduling
If rescheduling is asked for within less than 24 hours notice and/or it happens regularly then it’s at my discretion.
BLOCK BOOKING AND CANCELLATION -COMMUNITY BASED CLASSES
You have the option of purchasing a virtual block on the gymcatch app or you can buy a block card at class.
You have 6 weeks to use the block of 6 classes The card can be used for any of the community-based classes during this time. You have 12 weeks to use the block of 10 classes- again, the card can be used for any of the community-based classes.
Honouring sessions beyond the advertised timescale is at my discretion. Any missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice will result in that session being deducted from your package.
Community based class blocks are not redeemable for small group classes.
BLOCK BOOKING- SMALL GROUP CLASSES
You may use your small group block sessions for community-based classes. The same policy applies as with block booking and cancellation.
PAY AS YOU GO
For all Totnes community and small group clients, please book using Gymcatch. Following your initial first class, any subsequent PAYG sessions need to be booked and paid for in advance- either at the end of the class for the next week or through contacting me through text or email and paying online during the week.
CANCELLATIONS FOR PAYG
Payment will roll onto the next session if cancellation is within the 24 hour limit.
There is no refund for any missed session without 24 hours cancellation notice.
Any extenuating circumstances are at my discretion.
TERM DATES
I will ensure that all clients are kept up to date with term arrangements and any breaks will not count as part of your block.
CANCELLATION OF CLASS
I reserve the right to cancel a class if numbers are lower than 4 for a community-based class
In the event of class cancellation, any class members booked on will not be charged and any PAYG booking will be rolled forward.
